1. Data controller
Everest Design, based in Montevideo, Uruguay, is responsible for the data you leave on everestdesign.uy. We process data in accordance with Uruguayan Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection and its regulatory Decree No. 414/009.
2. What data we collect
Contact and quote forms: first name, last name, email, mobile number, company, the project you describe and the site language.
Digital Checkup: the website address you analyze and, if you request the report, your email.
Portal account: name, email, mobile number and sign-in method (email or Google). Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and we never see them.
Projects and payments: progress, quotes, payments, domain and hosting linked to your account.
Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and statistics.
3. What we use it for
To answer your inquiries and send you proposals.
To manage your projects, payments and renewals, and to notify you by email or WhatsApp about updates and due dates.
To improve the site with usage statistics and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send you advertising without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to deliver the service: Google (Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights), our hosting provider and, if you use them, Meta (WhatsApp) and Mercado Pago.
Some of these providers store data outside Uruguay, with adequate levels of protection.
We may disclose data to an authority when required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
We store preferences such as light or dark theme and language in your browser.
When enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel use cookies for statistics and campaign measurement. You can block them in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep it
Contact and quote data: up to 2 years from the last exchange.
Client, project and payment data: while the relationship is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax rules.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, update, inclusion or deletion of your data, under articles 14 and 15 of Law 18,331. Write to hola@everestdesign.uy and we will reply within the legal deadlines.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), least-privilege access and Firebase authentication. No system is infallible, but we protect your data with reasonable measures.
9. Minors
The site is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
